This upfront payment of $50.00 for the initial request is due immediately. At closing, you will collect the remaining amount due for the Resale Certificate/Transfer Fee. Once payment is received we will begin to fulfill the request. Once the research has been completed, the Rescale Certificate will be completed and emailed to the email address provided. Also, a link to download the governing documents, financial statement, sign up for autopay, etc. will be included in that email.
