The board decides whether to charge the special assessment as a single payment or spread it over multiple months. All owners will be charged according to the same schedule.

Note for Owners: If you are on Autopay through the association portal, special assessment charges will be processed automatically each month according to the schedule below, unless you contact the board to request different arrangements.

Individual payment plans are available separately - contact Slaton Financial Services or your board through the portal to discuss custom payment arrangements. Additional fees may apply.
